Union County Started 25 years ago in the little town of Albany, GA. Steve Thompson was born at 10:45 am with a Gibson les paul in his hand. He sang the Doctors a song he had written in the womb as the nurses washed the amniotic fluid off of his little body. 6 Months later a little boy named Alan Peterson was brought into the world in High Point, NC...within minutes he spoke his first word......."Harmony". It seemed as though these two phenoms were destined to spend their lives apart until one day Steve was riding his bike and saw a great meteor in the sky. It was of course headed towards High Point, NC and he quickly turned north to ride to the rescue of the little city! When he arrived he cranked his amp to 11 and rocked the meteor back towards the sky, saving the lives of thousands! Alan noticed the intense rock that was coming from the direction of the Krispy Kreme doughnut shop and he quickly hurried over to thank his rescuer. Steve watched as Alan walked up the street, saving children, preventing accidents, and helping old ladies cross to safety...he too was a hero. Alan came into the Krispy Kreme and the dough-tender handed him a glazed cruller (his usual) and everyone cheered as the 3 year old walked around the shop singing harmony to the song on the radio...."Crazy Train" by: Black Sabbath. Steve walked over and offered his hand in friendship to the local celebrity. Alan thanked Steve for the save and sang him a improvised song called "Thanks for the save". After 7 seconds of weeping Steve dried his eyes and began singing harmony to the song along with Alan.....it was the song Steve had written in the womb. The boys locked eyes and knew....they were a Union of friends like no other......and this Union was where they would live forever in each other's friendship.......in their own "UNION COUNTY".
